Return & Exchange Policy

退換貨政策

Thank you for shopping with Bethnal Poster Studio & Gallery. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, our Return & Exchange Policy is outlined below in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act:

1. 7-Day Cooling-off Period

  • Standard: Online orders are eligible for a 7-day cooling-off period (including weekends and public holidays), starting from the day after delivery.

  • Return Conditions: The cooling-off period is for inspection, not trial use. Returned items must remain in brand-new, unopened, unframed, and unhandled condition (free of creases or fingerprints), complete with all original protective packaging (mailing tubes/boxes, promotional gifts, and receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period has expired.

  • Items that have been framed, altered, taped, or physically damaged (creased, soiled, or bent).

  • Missing original protective packaging, mailing tubes, or promotional items.

  • Customized Goods: Custom-framed artworks or custom-printed sizes tailored specifically for you (exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period under local laws).

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Free Exchange)

  • We recommend unboxing video recording upon receiving your package to protect your rights.

  • If your item arrives damaged during transit (severe creases, torn paper) or if an incorrect item was delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and item at plaistowpalette@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

4. Return Process & Shipping Fees

  • Returns for Personal Preference: For returns based on personal reasons (change of mind, size mismatch), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via credit card refund or bank transfer.

  • Taipei In-Person Pickup: Please inspect your order on-site during pickup. If you wish to return the item later within the 7-day period, standard return shipping requirements will apply.

感謝您選擇 Bethnal Poster Studio & Gallery。為了讓您擁有愉快的選購體驗，我們依據台灣《消費者保護法》制定以下退換貨規範：

1. 7 天鑑賞期規範

  • 鑑賞期標準： 官網線上訂購商品均享有 7 天鑑賞期（包含例假日），自您收到商品（或簽收 ）的次日起算。

  • 退換貨條件： 鑑賞期非試用期。退回商品必須保持全新未拆封、未經裁切或裱框、且無人為折損/指紋污漬之狀態，並需保留完整原始包裝（包含商品本體、防壓紙管/盒、贈品及出貨單）。

2. 無法辦理退換貨之情形

若發生以下狀況，恕我們無法為您辦理退換貨：

  • 超過 7 天鑑賞期才提出申請。

  • 商品已被拆封使用、裝裱入框、黏貼或造成人為折痕、污損、揉壓。

  • 包裝紙管/盒子嚴重毀損、缺失或贈品未一併退回。

  • 客製化服務： 經雙方確認之代客裱框或專屬訂製商品（依消保法規定不適用 7 天鑑賞期）。

3. 瑕疵與運送損壞處理（免運費更換）

  • 為保障您的權益，收到商品拆封時建議全程錄影。

  • 若商品於運送途中發生嚴重褶痕、破損或寄送錯誤，請於 7 天內拍攝外包裝紙管與商品損壞處，並透過 Email （ plaistowpalette@gmail.com）聯繫我們。經核對確認後，我們將由專人為您安排免費換貨或全額退款（包含運費）。

4. 退換貨流程與運費說明

  • 個人因素退貨： 若因個人喜好、尺寸不符等非商品瑕疵原因申請退貨，買家需自行負擔商品寄回之運費。

  • 退款方式： 我們收到退回商品並確認無誤後，將於 7 個工作天內辦理退款（信用卡刷退或指定帳戶匯款）。

  • 台北自取訂單： 面交自取時請當場確認商品狀況，自取當下核對無誤後，若後續因個人因素申請退貨，請依上述 7 天鑑賞期規範將商品寄回。
